3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation charges may apply:
30+ days before trip: 80% refund
15–29 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
4. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Travelers must carry valid identification and travel documents.
Musafir Hikes Expedition is not liable for issues caused by missing or invalid documents.
5. Assumption of Risk
Adventure travel involves risk. By booking, you accept responsibility for your actions.
Musafir Hikes Expedition is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss during the expedition unless caused by our negligence.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and gear loss.
7. Behavior & Conduct
We expect all travelers to behave respectfully and responsibly during the trip.
Any misconduct can result in removal from the tour without refund.
